Cut Golf Return Policy
At Cut Golf, we are all about “Cutting the Crap.” We understand some things don’t fit, feel right, or overall satisfy you when purchasing online. Here is our simple and easy to follow return policy! Please read and understand prior to any purchases made for everyone's peace of mind.
- What’s the procedure for a return or exchange?
You may return all unused product(s), purchased directly through our online store, via mail for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Does the customer need to use your shipping package or can they use their own?
Packages coming back to Cut Golf do NOT need to be in the original shipping package. You may return the product in your own box, provided the items being shipped back meet all the requirements for an exchange or refund.
- What are the requirements for returning products?
If you are returning “Golf Balls” - You may return all unused products in original, undamaged packing. You will be refunded for all products we are able to restock, not for products you have already used.
- Do you need to include the order slip?
The original order slip is not needed but is recommended. We will have your order on file. This will just expedite the process.
- Is there a limited time in which a return or exchange can be completed?
Returns and exchanges are limited to a 30-day limit. Once you get your product, you’re going to want to use it. Don’t waste time!
- Who pays for return shipping?
Items being returned that came with FREE SHIPPING (bulk buys, promotional items, etc.) will be at YOUR expense to ship back for return.
Items where you have paid original shipping cost will be covered by Cut Golf to have shipped back for return.
- What if I bought the wrong size apparel?
Let us know, and we can get you exchanged out for a different size! Free exchanges and returns on apparel. Same 30-day limit and must be in original packaging with the hang tags.
